At poppi, we want you to love every sip, but due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened cans. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a refund or a replacement shipment is the best solution for you.

    Resolution

    Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh case of soda will be shipped immediately.
